Harry Potter and the deathly hallows

I read the last book in the harry potter series, harry potter and the deathly hallows. In this book Harry, Ron and Hermione are forced into hiding when Voldemort is trying to take over the ministry in order to take over the wizarding world. Whilst in hiding the 3 friends hunt down horcruxes to weaken Voldemort before the epic battle between good and bad.

I thought this book was a brilliant end to the world famous harry potter books. I especially enjoyed the end because it had a really interesting finish of the battle between good and bad but also a bit extra! my favourite part is when Harry, Ron and Hermione go into hiding because they have great fun together. My favourite character is Hermione because she is prepared for anything that happens to them and plans all they need to do.

I would rate this book 5 stars because its a brilliant finale to the harry potter book that people know so well. I hope you read this book and enjoy it as much as I have!

Harry Potter and the half blood prince

Over the half term I read the book Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. In this book ( you have to read the other 5 before you fully understand this one) he who shall not be named ( Lord Voldemort) is more powerful so Harry is guided by Dumbledore to find out how to destroy him understanding it is harder than it looks. Harry finds something that changes him in a subject he was never good at before knowing who the mysterious half blood prince really is!

I thought this book was very interesting because at the end it had a very surprising twist! I really enjoyed reading it because of the exciting and thrilling this Harry goes through and that his friends are with him 100% of way like Hermione says to Ron " Will you stop eating? your best friend is missing! " it shows how much she really cares for Harry. I also thought Malfoys ( Draco) behaviour was especially surprising in the book. My favourite character in this book would definitely have to be Dumbledore because he shows a lot of faith in Harry and never gives up on him as you will see when you read this book.

I would rate this book 5 stars because it was a really thrilling and surprising book and I hope you are encouraged to read it because its a great book!
